Agreement for the processing of personal data

In accordance with the Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, you hereby give consent to the following ways of processing of your personal data by LLC “BWT-Service”: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, and transfer of your personal data solely for the purpose of selling software in your name, as described below.

LLC “BWT-Service” guarantees the confidentiality of the information received and may also block, depersonalise, or destroy the data as necessary. The personal data is processed for the purpose of effective execution of orders, contracts and other binding obligations of LLC “BWT-Service”.

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to the copyright holder, distributor or reseller of software in order to register the software in your name, you hereby give consent to such transfer of your personal data. LLC “BWT-Service” guarantees that the copyright holder, distributor or reseller of the software protects personal data on the terms similar to those set out in this Personal Data Privacy Policy.

This consent applies to the following personal data: last name, first name and patronymic, email address, postal address for delivery of orders, phone number, payment details.

The consent validity period is unlimited. You can withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the following address: 168 Leninskaya St, office 44, Samara, 443041, with the note “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.”

Please note that withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails the deletion of your account from the site www.bwt-service.ru, as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of LLC “BWT-Service”, which may make it impossible to use the Internet services of the LLC “BWT-Service”.

I hereby guarantee that the information I provide is complete, accurate and reliable, and that the provision of information does not violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the legal rights and interests of third parties. All information provided is my personal data and I have filled it out myself.

This consent is valid for the entire period of storage of personal data, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
